Co-founder, fiduciary

Kevin is the backbone of GastroFid. After working at several firms, restaurateurs started seeking him out for hospitality-specific accounting. That recurring need is why GastroFid exists.

Born and raised in a hotel, Fabiano runs operations and client work. Hospitality is his industry by upbringing, not by training — though the training is there too.

Why we built it

We saw the same bookkeeping problem in every family business.

Across our families' restaurants and hotels, the pattern repeated. Bookkeeping done at year-end. Numbers nobody could read. Fiduciaries who didn't know the industry.
